3 1/2 – 4 cups flour

filling
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup green onion
1/3 cup white/yellow onion
1 Tbsp garlic (minced)
2/3 cup cooked crispy chopped bacon
2 1/2 cups Gruyere cheese
